“Beginning, or returning, to therapy can be a daunting experience. I’m honoured when people choose to take a step towards change and allow me to hear their story. I take pride in developing a space of safety, honesty, exploration, creativity, and non-judgment, in which people can feel heard, supported, and importantly – hopeful.

I’m committed to evidence-based practice, whilst allowing therapy to be flexible and letting individuals direct, reflect, and adjust their sessions to their needs and challenges. I am passionate about therapy being a mindful space; about people gaining awareness about themselves and feeling empowered to things differently. I work particularly with people to gain skills in observing themselves; their thoughts and reactions, and to make connections between what they do (or don’t do!) and why they do it”.
